Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your Reflex Bro unlimited plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you keep unlimited access until the current paid period ends.
2. How to cancel
Send a cancellation request to the email address shown on the Plans page or in your payment confirmation email. Include the email address used at checkout and your Razorpay payment ID. We process cancellations within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
Monthly and yearly plans are non-refundable once activated. If you were charged twice by mistake or did not receive the unlimited access you paid for, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review for a full or partial refund.
4. Free tries
Every visitor gets 100 free reflex tries shared across all tests. No payment or cancellation is needed for the free tier.
